Open Is there a monthly plan?Not today. A scan is a discrete piece of work, so credits are the honest unit. If a monthly plan comes, it will buy credits into the same balance.
How do teams pay?Teammates you invite scan from their own credits first, then from the admin's balance, so one purchase can cover the whole team. Each person's scan is priced like any other.
Open What is one scan?One person, every source they have connected, up to 180 days of history, analysed end to end: roles, busywork, the AI Org Chart, and every agent with its build kit.
What if a scan finds nothing?Your first scan is refunded in full if it reads nothing — a credit is never spent on a connect that returned nothing. If we read everything and our analysis came back empty, that is on us and we say so.
