A scan that crashes on our side returns its credit in full, every time, automatically. So does your first scan, if it reads nothing at all.

Bring your own key

Run the models on your account. Pay us for the service.

Add an Anthropic, OpenRouter or OpenAI API key in Settings and every scan runs on it. Your provider bills you for the models; TimeScout bills 1 credit per scan for the pipeline, the report and the support behind it — and every second scan on your key is on us.

On an OpenAI key a Premium scan composes on the same flagship model as a Basic scan’s top tier — Premium’s extra model is Claude-only.

  • Keys are probed before they are trusted, and never logged.
  • If your key runs dry mid-scan, nothing is lost: the scan pauses, you get one email a day, and it continues by itself once the key works again — we check it every 30 minutes, so the wait is at most that.
  • A scan parked for 7 days is closed and its credit refunded in full.
  • Team analysis and whole-company scans run on our models and are priced as such.

Questions

Do credits expire?
No. Buy them when it suits you and scan when you are ready.
Is there a monthly plan?
Not today. A scan is a discrete piece of work, so credits are the honest unit. If a monthly plan comes, it will buy credits into the same balance.
How do teams pay?
Teammates you invite scan from their own credits first, then from the admin's balance, so one purchase can cover the whole team. Each person's scan is priced like any other.
What is one scan?
One person, every source they have connected, up to 180 days of history, analysed end to end: roles, busywork, the AI Org Chart, and every agent with its build kit.
What if a scan finds nothing?
Your first scan is refunded in full if it reads nothing — a credit is never spent on a connect that returned nothing. If we read everything and our analysis came back empty, that is on us and we say so.
